The One Bitcoin Homepage — Not Exactly a Whitepaper

What is this?

This is a project called 1BitcoinHomepage.com.

The idea is simple, straightforward, and a bit nostalgic:
Sell one million pixels for 100 satoshis each.

Imagine a giant digital canvas, where each pixel represents a tiny, permanent mark on the web.
A space where anyone can stake their claim, share something meaningful, or just have fun.

Who’s behind this?

My name is Rodrigo G.
I’m an unemployed programming student with a weird idea and a simple goal:
To collect 1 Bitcoin, pixel by pixel, sat by sat — for life.

How does it work?

The site features a 1,000 x 1,000 pixel wall.
Each pixel costs 100 satoshis (yep, that cheap).
You can buy as many as you like.

After your purchase, you can:

• Add an image (or a colored pixel)
• Add a link (to your website, profile, or project)
• Write a message that appears on hover

And that’s it. You’re now part of crypto history.

Why?

Well, because:

• It’s fun
• It’s unique
• It’s affordable
• And because I’m trying to collect 1 Bitcoin

Yes, again, that’s the plan:
Sell 1,000,000 pixels at 100 sats = 1 BTC
With a bit of luck and internet magic, who knows...? :)

What do you get?

• A piece of crypto history
• A clickable link with hover to your site or anything else
• A personal space on a mural meant to last forever (or almost)

What do I get?

• The joy of seeing this idea come to life
• Hopefully, someday, a full Bitcoin
• And the pleasure of saying: “this crazy idea actually worked”

How does the process work?

• You choose how many pixels you want (minimum 100 pixels = 10x10 block)
• View the block map image with all numbered blocks
• Pick the number(s) of the block(s) you want.
• Send an email to theonebitcoinhomepage@proton.me with:
  • The block number(s) you're claiming
  • Image
  • Link
  • A short hover message
• You pay in Bitcoin (simple blockchain transaction)
• I place your pixel(s) on the mural
• Everyone can see, hover, click, and enjoy

A quick note

This mural is 100% transparent and static (retro-style).
There are no NFTs, no blockchain (yet).
It’s just pure HTML.
Like the internet used to be—before it got too complicated.

Why take part?

Because 10 years from now, you’ll be able to say:

“See that tiny blue dot in the corner? I bought that.”

And who knows? Maybe that small piece of internet real estate will end up meaning more than just a few sats...
